How do I schedule an appointment?
You can click here to schedule an appointment through my online scheduler.
Do you take insurance?
No, I’m considered an out-of-network provider. Although I’m not on any insurance panels, I can provide you with a superbill for your insurance company that contains the required codes they need to reimburse you for all, or a portion, of your session fee.
Of course, the amount you receive from your insurance company will depend upon your plan. I recommend that you ask your insurance company how much they cover for an out-of-network provider.
How much does online therapy cost?
An initial consultation is $175 and lasts for up to 60 minutes. All subsequent sessions are $150 per 50-minute session. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or you can pay cash through Venmo.
Is online therapy less expensive than in-person therapy?
Online therapy costs the same as in-person therapy. The counseling services I provide are the same, whether my client is online or in-person.
What types of online counseling do you offer?
I offer video, phone, and messaging (email/chat) for clients throughout the state of Texas.
Where will you be located when we meet? Do you have an office?
Most of my virtual sessions will be conducted from my home office; however, I have a co-working membership with a professional office building in Plano. My business mailing address is 8105 Rasor Blvd., Plano, TX 75024.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that my clients let me know 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel an appointment. If not, the full session fee will be charged.
I have this policy because I can often make arrangements for another client to take the available time if I know in advance.
What type of client do you enjoy working with most?
I enjoy working with clients who are willing to take an honest look at themselves and are open to exploring change in their lives.
Do you work with teens?
Although I work primarily with adults over the age of 18, I work with teens as long as they want therapy and have a parent’s consent and support.
